I’m a Jacksonville, Florida native and a lover of the ocean—it’s my happy place and a constant reminder of calm and renewal. Outside the therapy room, I’m a wife and mom of three who enjoys reading, relaxing at the beach, watching crime shows, going to concerts, and traveling.

My path to becoming a therapist was inspired by my own experiences growing up in a culture where mental health wasn’t openly discussed. From an early age, I recognized how deeply people needed education, advocacy, and representation—especially those who rarely saw themselves reflected in conversations about mental wellness. That awareness became my motivation to create spaces where others feel seen, valued, and supported.

In my work, I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, attachment theory, relationship- focused frameworks and strength-based perspectives, all provided in a supportive, compassionate space that encourages honest reflection and growth. I believe therapy should be both a place of healing and self-discovery, where clients are encouraged to show up authentically and grow confidently.

My goal—whether working with individuals or couples—is to help you find clarity, rediscover your strengths, and build relationships that support your personal growth and peace.
